  1. Subscribe to Twitter Timeline or Twitter List

    This idea came up a while ago in a comment section. Now I wanted to open an own suggestion post for it and use the opportunity to ask if you still plan to implement it.

    Any chance to get RSS from Facebook Events?

  3. Adding feeds with greater ease... selecting as an option from list.

    I have always found it difficult to add feeds.... and still do...BazQux is not offerred as feed reader and when I cut and paste what I believe to be the feed address, it is often not. How do the politics work for getting BazQux presented as an option automatically. I LOVE what you've done.

  4. Sort by number of unread feed items

    I'd love to be able to view all feeds (or feeds in a folder) by number of unread items. It will make the process of "cleaning out" large feeds much easier. Thanks for the wonderful product!

  5. Duplicate Feed Filter

    When doing imports of OPML files a lot of feeds can end up duplicated, especially when trying to keep youtube subscriptions in sync. It would be nice to either have a button to delete duplicate subscriptions or have them filtered out on import.

  6. Some switch to quickly disable all images loading and a similar option for feed

    The switch will be very useful for slow or high-cost connections like mobile.

    The feed option will help to skip "attention-attractive-only" images loading in favor of fast switching from one item to another. For example, the top.rbc.ru feed contains very large images not very useful for just news reading.

  7. When a new subscription is added and to existing folder also automatically update the smart streams which are used for that stream.

  8. Filter/tag unfiltered items (see what has no stream/filter)

    Due to more then 300 smart streams at this moment I would like to see a tag of items which are not in a smart stream. Goal: make it much easier/faster to read the news what you would like to read or not.

  9. Ability to read email newsletters (using a bazqux email address where we can redirect emails too)

    Hi,

    It would be great if we could read email newletters in bazqux.

    An easy solution would be to create a username@bazqux.com email address where we could redirect emails too.

    Support for categories and "virtual feeds" would also be very great (and needed).

    An easy way to support this would be an email address with the following format:

    username+virtual_feed.category@bazqux.com

  10. Make it easier to combine filters

    WIth some feeds, I gradually find things that I want to filter out. BQ handles this fine, of course, but when I go to look at my filters and streams, I find a long list of filters that. I'd like the ability to combine filters that doesn't involve editing one and pasting in a second one.

    Another possability I just thought of is the ability to collapse/expand the list of filters, organized by the targets of the filters, to make it faster to scroll through.

  12. Ability to mute feeds

    Sometimes I get fed up with the number entries that show up in my account each day, particularly from certain high-volume feeds.

    I'm still interested in their content, but sometimes I just want a break.

    I don't want to unsubscribe from the feeds because I don't want to lose the feed URLs.

    I wish there was a way to mute feeds (marking them as read so they don't show up in the "Latest" section or my client).

    I would also love an optional time period for which the feeds should un-mute themselves (so that I don't have to remember to…

  14. Use Help as list of "live" commands

    На больших планшетах (например, 10") можно было бы полноценно пользоваться bazqux из браузера. Совместимые мобильные приложения (News+ и пр.) не дают полного доступа к возможностям bazqux. Только отсутствие клавиатуры мешает. Но есть идея, как вызывать команды без нажатия на клавиши: достаточно сделать "живыми" команды в окне Help. Например, вместо нажатия f для перевода bazqux в fullscreen/обратно, можно будет вызвать Help и кликнуть на строчку "f fullscreen". Это и для РС-версии будет полезно - вместо запоминания аккордов для редких команд, прямой их вызов.

  15. make a service folders that syncs subscriptions with youtube

    Youtubes newsubscriptionvideos feed is going away soon. Importing googles youtube opml is an imperfect solution as it will go out of sync. It should be possible to make service folders in bazqux that is kept in sync with youtube accounts. The channels a user is subscribed to is available via the subscriptions.list call in youtube api v3 and the channel uploads are available cost free via https://www.youtube.com/feeds/videos.xml?channel_id=

  16. If I subscribe to a new feed, i'd like it at the top of the list so I can find it easily

    right now when i use a bookmarklet to subscribe, the new feed goes somewhere down the bottom of my feeds list.

    This makes it super hard to find. Please add it at the top as an option

  17. Is there a way (or 3rd party app/service) so I can archive everything (or specific feeds) elsewhere?

    I'd like to choose specific feeds in Bazqux and have the posts auto archive to some other service (since you have a 500 item limit). Is there a way to do this?
