Move favourite share service out of share menu to top & bottom of article
I use the pocket service all the time. It would be handy if I could choose my most used services, (like email & pocket), and move them out of the share menu and have them sitting next to the share button for one click access.30 votes
Ability to hide left navigation panel (subscribtion list)
Toggling susbсription list display. To use all screen width for posts reading. There was a dedicated "U" shortcut in GR for such function.39 votes

Automatically scroll selected (open) article to top of reading pane (option)
At the moment, Bazqux seems to be set up as follows: if you open a long article, the selected article will automatically scroll up to the top of the reading pane, revealing as much of the article as possible. If you select a short article -- one that Bazqux can open in full without moving the reading pane -- it will open the article "in place", even if that is at the bottom of the screen. I think it makes more sense to have a system where the selected article always opens at the top of the reading pane -- it means your eyes always know where to go as you open an article, which helps if you're reading many articles at speed. This could be introduced as an option in the settings, if the current system suits some people.
I hope that makes sense...

Unread count like in Google Reader
Now: Unread count in a right-aligned column. Difficult to read quickly.
Better: Number between parentheses appended to feed title, in grey colour.9 votes
Option to hide Starred Items and Tags from left navigation column
I don't use starred items and tags so it takes up some valuable real estate at the top of the left panel.4 votes
Alway "show all" for all feeds ?
Can I set "show all" as default for all feed ? Sometimes I want to review some feeds, but I need to click "show all" for each of them.1 vote
Set view by folder/feed
One feature that I would like to see that other services have is the ability to set a view on the folder and feed level that can differ from other folders.
In my case I would like to set latest to be expanded view but would like it if when I go directly to a folder or feed that it always load in list view. This makes it much easier for me when I need to go back and find an older article.9 votes
Better/easier way for handling/showing read status
Personally I manually toggle the read status of a message. Sometimes I accidently toggle it. So it would be nice to have a read/unread button in the top bar and a different line color on the left side of the message: e.g. read of read and blue (as now) for unread.2 votes
Maintain empty tag names
The service deletes the tag name when the tag has no more items. When Mr.Reader syncs, the tag name is deleted there too. This forces users to enter the same tag name everytime an item needs to use that tag. This isn't standard behaviour.4 votes
Show a count for total items in tags
Tagged items are very likely read by the user already, before they are tagged - so unless you mark them as unread after tagging they won't show up in the tagged item count. And then they also show up in the usual feed folders though they've already been dealt with. Wouldn't it make sense for the tag folders to show a count of total items?
Mr.Reader uses this approach, it's a lot more helpful IMO. If you must show unread count within tags it could be shown in as total items/unread items. I'd personally prefer just the total count showing.4 votes
Restrict 'Mark as Read' to Button
At the moment it is possible to mark an article as read by clicking in the body of the article. This can lead to articles being marked as read accidentally and without realising.
It would be great if it were possible to restrict the 'mark as read' function to just the • button and the 'm' key to avoid missing articles.4 votes
Make article videos stop once the article is scrolled off screen

One or two monospaced font options
I personally like monospaced fonts for reading. For me those are better for my one eye which has some problems with closely spaced proportional fonts.
I don't know if this is much work, but it would be great if you could add 1 or 2 monospaced options for the article view.
Eg: "Inconsolata" and "Akkurat Mono" (thick lined fonts).0 votes
"Read next" URL
I often like to read the original article page. Now I have to do this every time:
1) Open the article.
2) Press V to open a new tab with the original article page.
3) When done reading I have to close that tab.
What I want is a specific URL that I can bookmark. Whenever I click that bookmark (= access that URL), the following will be done:
1) Mark the next unread article (from the "Latest" feed) read.
2) Redirect to that next article page (in the same tab).0 votes
