Yes, tagging and using IFTTT to send from tag feed to Wordpress should work. However I'm leaning towards adding custom sharing URLs.

This could probably be done w/ creating a tag and than having Wordpress pull that tag as an RSS feed or using IFTTT to pull the RSS feed for that tag and post it to Wordpress.

A universal solution would be way better (IMHO).
