Retrieve Feed URL from Subscriptions
Clicking on the subscriptions will lead you to the feed's info site (tag channel/link) which is not necessarily the feed's URL, eg:
http://rss.sueddeutsche.de/rss/Eilmeldungen is the feed URL
http://www.sueddeutsche.de/ is the Channel LinkI think I can get the latter via exporting the the OPML but if there was a direct link on BazQux Reader, that'd be a great help.
5 votesIt’s now possible. Right-Click on the feed in subscriptions list and chose “Feed address” menu item

There is a “Left panel” setting at the bottom with increase/decrease/reset options.

to increase the numer of rows for the title in mosaic view
It needs at least 2 rows, because now the titles are often truncated.
8 votesDone. Mosaic view now has as many rows as needed to show full article title.

Esc and r
When using list view, Esc key should close the current article, just like clicking on the title grey band.
And the r key should refresh.
These are two features of Feedly I miss in BQ. Otherwise, after extensive testing Feedbin, Digg, Feedly, AOL, and many others, BQ is the best in my opinion.
1 voteEscape works. ‘r’ will work when I add auto refresh (probably this week).

Optimized site view for the mobile devices (not as separate mobile app)
When you open Bazqux from the mobile phone via the browser it should have the optimized easy-to-read view as Google Reader had.
19 votesBazQux Reader now has a nice mobile web interface

Mark all above or below as read in list view mode
In list it would be nice to have a possibility to mark all above or below as read. In google reader there was a greasmonkey script and extensions for it.

Ability to turn off or permanently collapse all comments
I rarely read the comments, and having them populate is annoying--yes, I can collapse them post-by-post, but a permanent collapse, or, even better, a permanent unsubscribe from comments, would be very, very nice.
3 votesThere are 5 view mode buttons below filter. All except first are with comments collapsed.
You can select “Latest” and press ‘2’ to collapse comments in all feeds -
Ability to move a feed out of a folder back to the top level
Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't find any way to move a feed OUT of a folder back to the top level. Once I put a feed in a folder, it seems to be stuck there, or it can be moved to another folder, but not OUT of all folders.
3 votesJust go to Folders menu and remove checkbox from current folder.

Scroll wheel should not change article focus
Currently, operating the scroll wheel moves the article focus. The scroll wheel should move the list view without changing the "cursor" position.
60 votesI think that current behavior solves 90% of the problem and keeps marking items read on scroll 90% working. So I marking this request as completed.
Previous responseI’ve changed list view so cursor doesn’t go up while scrolling and go down only when expanded item is almost completely scrolled out of screen.
So marking items read on scroll still works and cursor doesn’t jump to top item while scrolling.
Other view modes are unaffected (and in mixed view cursor “locks” on list view items as described above).
Please check. Does this new behavior work for you?

Refresh should always work.
It seems like it stops working whenever I'm in the empty page (i.e. showing 'Folder "Latest" has no unread items.'). If I press 'r' nothing happens but doing a browser reload brings up the new items.

Virtual folders (a.k.a. Smart Search/Smart Folders/Folder Watch)
Enable user to create folders based on search criteria. Virtual folders update automatically as new items arrive in feeds. Virtual folders can search single/selected feed(s) or all feeds.
Example:
Search: Nikon OR Canon
Search in: Folder:Technology
Save search as folder: Camera researchSimilar feature implemented in FeedWrangler, FeedDemon

Done.
By default only wall owner posts are shown. Use foreign_posts=1 option (e.g. subscribe to vk.com/my_group?foreign_posts=1 ) to get them.
Discontinued vkontakte-feed feeds are handled automatically and should work again.

Open new tab in background - shortcut.
Please add shortcut that allows open feed in the background without moving to it every time you open a new tab. For example, key B or V - open this feed in background card as for example is in other RSS readers.
7 votesDone. Press ‘b’ on selected message to open link in background. Works in Chrome/Safari and latest Opera.

More frequent fetching of feeds that are updated more often
The frequency of feed updates is a good indication of how often feeds should be fetched. Feeds with entries every hour or two should be fetched several times in 10 minutes, while feeds with only one or two entries per month can be fetched once or twice a day.
18 votesFeeds that update every hour or two are already fetched each 15-45 minutes. Plus there are many realtime feeds. I don’t think it worth to scan them more often. Otherwise websites could start to ban BazQux Reader feed fetchers.

Disable or hide comment feeds
I don't know how feasible this is or is not, but I'd like a means of disabling comment feeds. I personally don't watch the comment feeds, so I'd like to just eliminate them.
1 voteJust select Latest and press ‘2’ — it will set view mode with collapsed comments for all feeds.
