  2. add a way to identify duplicate articles (i.e. same title, url) and mark all but one read.

    or : if you mark one article read, all other articles with the same URL will get marked read as well

    I'm not sure that the title would be a good criterion, but that should depend on the kind of feeds you're reading.

    There's the menu point "Feed Adress" which show you something like

    Feed address:
    http://pipes.yahoo.com/pipes/pipe.run?

    So what if "feed address" was replaced by the feed's title? Konstantin could then select and copy the text as needed.

    I’ve installed Five Filters Full-Text RSS service on one of my servers.

    Try it to convert truncated feeds to full ones
    http://ftr.bazqux.com

    I don’t want to add button that changes feed URL (starred/tagged items will become linked to another feed and it will be harder to export feed to other readers). Prefer getting full text for the whole feed inside the reader but it will require more work so I can’t say ETA.
