Smaller steps for resizing fonts
BazQux has a nices shortcut for resizing the article font (- and =). Only problem is that the steps are too large for my taste. The standard font size is too small, but when I increase it with = then its a bit tool large.

Step is 1 for small fonts 13,14,15,16
and 2 and more for bigger 18,20,22,24,26,29 (now 3),32 (now 4),36,40,44,48.It was made to make less steps (to not click 10 times to make font bigger), make scaling more proportional (14/13 is 8% more but 25/24 is only 4% more) and most important there are problems with fonts on uneven sizes (17,19,21,23,...): Iowan looks bad on Windows and Charter looks blurry on Mac on these sizes.

Now step is 2. It is not the smallest. Why?
