Become a fully libre/free software (open source) project under AGPLv3
Bazqux could benefit a lot from the FLOSS community, and it could also be a big benefit back. Currently, NewsBlur is the major web feed reader and has a similar business model so it is entirely sustainable.
Actually I'm planning to opensource BazQux quite soon (next year, I think).

I would like to propose something different, surprised not to see it before: a pledge to make the code open-source but only if the project cannot be maintained any longer. Ideally through a 3rd-party escrow but a founder's promise should be fine too. I am happy to pay for the service as long as it's provided but would like to know I could set it up on my server if the founder decides to stop maintaining the tool 10 years from now.
