Let users extend CSS per account
It would be great to have the possibility to add custom persistent CSS rules to have the UI more appealing (e.g. font-size or colors). One could also use Stylish for that but I do not want to install it just for BazQux.
Twitter timelines mainly. I would prefer a more compact Twitter-like experience regarding images. Having them displayed in a 2x2 grid more or less.
But I understand if you say that all the individual customization would be rather complex and could cause problems.
I'm not sure that custom CSS is necessary now. You could easily break site, so a way to restore it will be needed. Plus separate CSS could be needed on desktop/mobile. So additional complexities of selecting what part of CSS to enable and where. Not sure it worth the trouble.
What would you like to customize with CSS?
An intern CSS editor would be awesome. Are you still planning to implement the feature?
Thank you! I love BazQux for its functionality (thats the most important thing!), but I am not that happy with the look and feel. Looking forward to the planned additions. Keep on coding, you have a great product!
Good idea. I'm planning to add themes (fonts, sizes, colors) this year and why not add user CSS for advanced tuning.
