Mark as read on jump
Maybe it's just me, but wouldn't it be more efficient and comfortable if skipped over articles would be marked as read automatically? Especially regarding the expanded view and assuming mark as read on scroll is enabled.
Best example is a Twitter timeline. Most of the time you have small message boxes so you end up skipping through them by clicking on links or opening tweets in new tabs, and everytime you do it, it leaves tweets that you actually have read but haven't marked as such (by manually scrolling through them) as unread, which often leads to confusion or simply is annoying.
It's hard to explain, but what I'm suggesting is that everything above the highlighted area should automatically be marked as read no matter how you got there.
In case I miss the point and it's actually advantageous the way it is now, please let me know.
Done. It was in my TODO list for a long time. Can’t even remember why it wasn’t fixed for so long. Thank you for reminding about it.

Should now work in magazine view too. Sorry for the late fix.

Just noticed that it only works with the 'expanded view'. Is it limited on purpose or for a reason?
I'm especially referring to the 'magazine view'. -

Phew! I already gave up hope.
Thanks, this is so much better now. -

Is it theoretically possible to implement it? Of course it should only work whenever 'mark as read on scroll' is enabled.
From the beginning this is the one thing that gives me an uncomfortable experience while using BazQux. I thought I could get used to it but it's not the case.
I have several folders with short articles in it. So not only it would be more comfortable to mark everything as read above with a click by jumping to a certain article and the point you have read, but also would save you the hassle of having to scroll to the top again (especially if you still have articles below that you plan to read later) or in general the compulsion to manually having to scroll through every article to mark it as read and you just can't hit 'Mark all as read'.
Not matter which article view you consider, in any case it would be practical, for some more than others. Again, it should only work whenever 'mark as read on scroll' is enabled.
