provide shortcut for toggling between "Show New" and "Show All"
as far as I can tell:
There is no keyboard equivalent for selecting "Show New" and "Show All"
This would be very useful to have.
I propose you provide :
shift + s then a: show all articles for currently selected folder/feed
shift + s then n: show new (unread) articles for currently selected folder
